  1. Place the noodles into a pot with 3/4 of hot water and let it simmer.
  2. In a seperate pot add 6 tablespoons of peanut butter.
  3. 1 table spoon soy sauce.
  4. 1 table spoon of rice wine vinegar.
  5. Half a table spoon of sesame oil.
  6. 3 table spoons of chilli oil.
  7. Add a small amount of grazed ginger.
  8. Add 1 clove of grazed garlic.
  9. Boil the pot and let it simmer for about 3-5 mins. Add 2 table spoons of water while it's half way simmering.
  10. Chop 1 or 2 spring onions and red chilli.
  11. Take out the noodles and add some olive oil to make it less dry. Mix well.
  12. Then dump the peanut butter sauce into it along with the spring onions and red chilli. Add sesame seeds and mix well.
  13. Serve in a dish and add more spring onions or red chilli with some sesame seeds..

Bring a large pot with lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Drop the udon in a few noodles at a time and return to a boil. Rice noodles would probably be great in this too.
